Masks Recommended

Church family and friends,

Two months ago, Iowa governor Kim Reynolds issued proclamations requiring masks to be worn in public due to rising COVID-19 cases across the state. While these proclamations exempted churches, we as elders prayerfully felt it was wise to require masks for a season whenever people entered or moved around the building at Crossroads.

We have prayed a lot over the last two months, and while the pandemic is far from over, we as elders believe it is appropriate to change our mask policy at this time. As of January 12, masks are strongly recommended but no longer be required for worship and ministry at Crossroads. Please ask others in our church family about their preference on this matter so that we may love those who desire to be more cautious.

Thank you for your prayers.
Grace and peace,

The Elders
